how to fry an egg.  She soon graduated to making chocolate chip cookies at her Uncle and Aunt’s house during summer vacations.  Throughout her careers in broadcast advertising, massage therapy and owner of two successful businesses, she continually honed her cooking skills at home and for friends.  In addition to catering small parties, baking desserts and cakes for a restaurant and in-home chef services, Cynthia has additional experience in event planning and coordination, business consulting and bookkeeping.

Formal Training
A member of Personal Chefs Cooperative and US Personal Chef Association, Chef Cynthia has attended classes at Houston’s Culinary Institute Alain & Marie LeNôtre and the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.

Chef Cynthia Wilson is a self professed culinary addict.
